Self-directed software terms.
These Terms govern Tradevo Charts accounts, subscriptions, and the Public Paper Beta. Effective September 11, 2026.
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and Tradevo Technologies Inc. ("Tradevo," "we," or "us"). By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using Tradevo Charts, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosure.
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and use Tradevo only where the service and connected products are lawful for you. If you use Tradevo for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
Self-directed software; no advice
Tradevo Charts provides charting, account views, and manually prepared order-entry tools. Tradevo is not a broker, dealer, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, exchange, custodian, funding evaluator, account manager, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, or fiduciary.
Tradevo does not hold customer money or securities. It does not select your broker, account, instrument, side, quantity, price, or timing, and it does not initiate an order without your direct review and confirmation. Information in Tradevo is general software output, not personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
Tradevo's execution product is separated from its signals product. The execution product does not publish trade signals, make recommendations, copy or mirror another trader, provide social trading, or automatically initiate orders.
Public Paper Beta boundary
The launch service is a Paper Beta. Only an eligible account that the connected provider identifies as paper, practice, demo, or test may be used for order entry. Tradevo does not enable live-account routing in this release. Paper orders do not use real money and may not reflect live execution, liquidity, fees, slippage, or market impact.
Provider availability is not uniform. A provider, institution, account, or asset shown as planned, waitlisted, read-only, or unavailable is not supported for order entry. Evaluation and funded-account routing is not included unless Tradevo expressly identifies the exact provider and account type as enabled.
Your broker and provider relationships
You maintain a separate relationship with every broker, funding evaluator, FCM, data provider, payment processor, and connection provider. Their agreements, eligibility rules, fees, permissions, trading rules, risk limits, and privacy practices continue to apply. Tradevo is not a party to transactions in your connected account.
SnapTrade connection features are also subject to the SnapTrade End User Terms presented before connection. OAuth permissions and brokerage authorizations are granted to the applicable provider and may be revoked there.
Credentials, security, and authority
Use only accounts and credentials you own or are expressly authorized to control. Keep your email account, device, Tradevo session, and provider credentials secure. Never send a password, API key, session token, or one-time code to Tradevo support.
You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated session. Notify Tradevo promptly at support@tradevo.co if you suspect unauthorized access, and revoke the applicable authorization directly with the broker or provider.
Orders and account state
Each confirmed order or cancellation is your instruction to the connected provider. An instruction may become effective or final once received by the provider. A cancel request does not guarantee cancellation, and closing the browser or disconnecting Tradevo does not cancel an order, close a position, stop a data subscription, or terminate a provider account.
The connected broker or evaluator is the authoritative source for balances, permissions, positions, fills, and working orders. If Tradevo and the provider differ, stop using Tradevo, open the provider directly, and manage the account there.
Subscription and automatic renewal
Tradevo Charts costs $49 plus applicable taxes when you subscribe, and automatically renews monthly at $49 plus applicable taxes until canceled. There is no free trial. The checkout page shows the charge and renewal terms again before payment.
You may cancel at any time online through Account → Manage billing. If the portal is unavailable, email support@tradevo.co from the address associated with your account. Cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid billing period.
Payments are non-refundable and Tradevo does not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial periods, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Tradevo will provide any notice, reminder, consent opportunity, or refund required by applicable automatic-renewal law. A price change applies only after advance notice and any consent required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tradevo to access another person's account; evade provider, risk, or geographic controls; redistribute or commercially exploit market data without permission; manipulate or disrupt a market or service; probe or bypass security; introduce malware; reverse engineer except where law permits; overload connected services; or violate law, these Terms, or a provider's rules.
Tradevo content and your feedback
Tradevo and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software, design, trademarks, and content. Subject to these Terms, Tradevo grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service during your subscription. You retain ownership of material you submit and grant Tradevo permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
If you voluntarily provide ideas or feedback, Tradevo may use them without restriction or compensation, without identifying you publicly.
Third-party services and availability
Broker APIs, market data, exchanges, networks, and other third-party services can be delayed, inaccurate, interrupted, rejected, restricted, or discontinued. Tradevo does not control them and does not guarantee continuous access, quote accuracy, execution, compatibility, or availability.
Beta features may change, be limited, suspended, or removed without advance notice when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, vendor requirements, testing, or service integrity.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Tradevo at any time and may request account deletion. Tradevo may limit, suspend, or terminate access for nonpayment, suspected unauthorized or unlawful activity, risk to users or providers, breach of these Terms, or a provider's restriction. When practical, Tradevo will give notice and an opportunity to cure.
Termination does not cancel or close activity at a broker and does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, dispute terms, and record-retention rights—will survive.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradevo is provided "as is" and "as available." Tradevo disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Tradevo does not promise any trading result, profit, evaluation outcome, payout, or loss prevention.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so those exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradevo and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill; market losses; provider actions; or the cost of substitute services arising from Tradevo.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, their total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Tradevo for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or to Tradevo's fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Tradevo from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, unauthorized use of an account, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Tradevo's own unlawful conduct.
Changes
Tradevo may update these Terms for legal, security, provider, or product changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email before they take effect when required by law. If renewed acceptance is required, continued access will depend on that acceptance. The version and effective date shown on the published Terms identify the governing text.
Governing law and contact
New York law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes must be brought in state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, and each party consents to those courts. Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure, and any checkout terms form the agreement for Tradevo Charts and supersede prior statements about the service.
